Representative Coghill moved and asked unanimous consent that the                                   
House consider the Senate message (page 1302) on the following at                                   
this time:                                                                                          
                                                                                                    
    CS FOR HOUSE BILL NO. 52(JUD)                                                                   
    "An Act relating to the forfeiture of property used to possess or                               
    distribute child pornography, to commit indecent viewing or                                     
    photography, to commit a sex offense, or to solicit the commission                              
    of, attempt to commit, or conspire to commit possession or                                      
    distribution of child pornography, indecent viewing or                                          
    photography, or a sexual offense."

    "An Act relating to the crime of distribution of child pornography                              
    and to the forfeiture of property used to possess or distribute child

    commit a sex offense, or to solicit the commission of, attempt to                               
    commit, or conspire to commit possession or distribution of child                               
    pornography, indecent viewing or photography, or a sexual

There being no objection, it was so ordered.                                                        
                                                                                                    
Representative Coghill moved that the House concur in the Senate                                    
amendment to CSHB 52(JUD), thus adopting SCS CSHB 52(STA),                                          
and recommended that the members vote yes.
